                  Asset Tracker provides ease-of-use and control over entering
                    information about available assets. Asset Tracker features
                    include:  
                  Asset recordkeeping. Maintain asset information including
                    assets 
                  ’ specifications, financing, audits, suppliers, incidences,
                  lease/hire, history, label history, notes.  
                  Maintenance recordkeeping. Retain asset
                    information about servicing, including service companies,
                    warranties and service agreements, and service logs.  
                  Image capture and enhancement. Take pictures of assets
                    using your camera, or import an image file (.PCX, .PNG, .GIF,
                    .JPEG or .BMP) captured from other sources such as scanners
                    or other non-supported cameras. Is the picture too bright
                    or too dark? Use the Image Editor to enhance the picture
                    or change its orientation. 
                  Letter creation. Use the built-in word processor or Microsoft
                    Word for all your correspondence needs. Use the standard
                    letter templates or modify them to meet your organisation’s
                    specific requirements. 
                   Label creation. Use the built-label generator to print
                    label or tags to attach to each asset. 
                  Report creation. Maintain lists of assets, suppliers,
                    disposals and other information. 
                  Diary. Keep track of important events and meetings. You
                    have the option of using Asset Tracker’s own diary
                    or Microsoft Outlook. 
                  Database maintenance. Use the database utility to protect
                    your database from hardware and software failure by backing
                    up your database regularly.
