Job Costing Module
Working
Time Tracker (now
CaptureIT) comes
with a an optional job-costing module giving you powerful
cost control at every stage. Users can define unlimited
jobs with up to 999 steps in each job with the ability
to fully document each stage and set time and cost budgets
for every job. You can allocate unlimited jobs for every
employee with different pay rates per operation. The system
allows you to create detailed time and cost budgets for
every job and sends an Email reminder every time a job
budget is exceeded. There is an audit trail of operator
clockings and WTT allows you to create bar-coded job sheets.
Terminal Groups
Use
this feature to trigger door openers directly from the
hardware and control access to your premises. This function
can also be used to fire alarm bells and other devices.
